Teknikal na mga tampok

1. PLC + touch screen control, na nagpapagana ng buong proseso ng kontrol, pagsasaayos, at pagsubaybay sa iba't ibang mga parameter ng proseso sa linya ng produksyon.

2. Gumagamit ng silicone specialized screws, screw barrels, machine heads, eye molds, at supporting structures para maiwasan ang internal vulcanization.

3. Nilagyan ng silicone dedikadong adjustable self-centering machine head at water-cooled automatic o manual control system.

4. Nagtatampok ng precision detection feedback system upang matiyak ang tumpak na diameter ng wire at makabuluhang bawasan ang mga gastos.
